Who We Are

Aiignitions is an independent review site for the software people actually have to choose between: AI assistants, VPNs and security tools, business and productivity software, and the platforms you move money through.

The category is noisy. Every vendor claims to be the fastest, the safest, and the best value, and most “top 10” lists are ranked by whoever pays the most. We write the opposite kind of page — one that tells you who a product is genuinely right for, and just as importantly, who should skip it.

How We Review

Every review follows the same process, whether or not there is an affiliate relationship behind the product:

• Research first. We work through the product's own documentation, current pricing pages, and terms — not the marketing copy — before forming a view.
• Hands-on where it matters. Claims that can be checked directly, such as an interface, a free tier, or a signup flow, are checked directly.
• Real trade-offs. Every review states what the product is bad at. A review with no drawbacks is an advert, not a review.
• Pricing as published. Prices and plan limits are recorded as they stand on the date of writing, with the currency and billing period stated.
• Named alternatives. Where a competitor is a better fit for a particular reader, we say so and link to it.

Editorial Independence

No brand can buy a review, a position in a ranking, or the removal of a criticism. We do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable verdict, and we do not send drafts to vendors for approval before publishing.

Where a company has supplied a free account or trial for testing, that is noted in the review itself.

How We Make Money

Aiignitions is free to read and carries no paywall. We earn commissions through affiliate links: if you buy a product after following one of our links, the seller may pay us a commission at no additional cost to you — the price is identical to going direct.

Keeping Reviews Current

Software changes faster than reviews of it. Pricing shifts, features ship, and providers get acquired. We revisit published reviews as those changes happen and update them rather than leaving stale pages online — and when a verdict changes, the review says so.

Corrections & Feedback

If you find something inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. Reader corrections are one of the main ways errors get caught.
