HeyReach review: per-sender pricing, multi-account LinkedIn rotation, the unified inbox, Dripify and Expandi compared, and what LinkedIn’s 2026 takedown of the brand means.
HeyReach sells one thing above all: LinkedIn outreach at agency scale. Connect a stack of LinkedIn accounts to a single dashboard, rotate connection requests and messages across all of them, and work every reply from one inbox. Automating LinkedIn carries an obvious risk, which is losing the account. So the most useful thing that happened to HeyReach this year was a live test of that exact risk, run by LinkedIn itself.
On March 25, 2026, LinkedIn permanently removed HeyReach's company page, roughly 16,400 followers and all, and restricted the personal profiles of its CEO, CTO, CRO and CMO. HeyReach's own blog called it a "vendor brand takedown": LinkedIn went after the company's marketing presence and its founders, not the platform underneath. Customer accounts, campaigns and sending kept running with no interruption, according to that same post.

Read it precisely, because the version people repeat is "HeyReach got banned," and that is wrong. What LinkedIn did was erase a vendor's brand from its network overnight while leaving the paying customers untouched. Independent commentary framed it as a shift in enforcement: LinkedIn now targets the cloud-proxy infrastructure that vendors like HeyReach run, where automation routes through a dedicated proxy per account, instead of chasing individual over-limit users. The reassuring reading is that your campaigns survived. The uncomfortable one is that the company you are paying is one enforcement decision away from losing its own front door.
HeyReach is cloud-based, so campaigns execute on its servers instead of your browser. Each connected LinkedIn account runs through its own dedicated proxy, and the platform auto-rotates activity across every account you attach. That rotation is the core idea: spread the daily volume so no single profile trips LinkedIn's limits.
A campaign is a multi-step sequence. You chain a profile view, a connection request, a first message, a follow-up and a voice note, with delays between each. Leads arrive from Sales Navigator, Clay, RB2B or HubSpot. Replies land in a unified inbox, so a rep answers ten accounts' conversations without logging in and out of ten LinkedIn sessions. That inbox is the feature reviewers rate highest.

HeyReach is LinkedIn-only. It has no email channel of its own; multichannel sequencing means wiring in Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, which it integrates natively. There is a HubSpot activity sync, an API with webhooks, and an MCP server so an AI agent can drive campaigns directly. HeyReach markets itself as trusted by 7,000+ companies with a 4.7-star G2 rating, and one case study cites acceptance rates up to 57% and reply rates up to 48%, which are vendor figures worth treating as a ceiling rather than a norm.

The Growth plan is priced per sender, not per plan. Checked on the HeyReach pricing page in September 2026, it runs $79 per sender billed monthly, $71 billed quarterly (10% off) and $63 billed yearly (20% off). Senders are "unlimited," but because the price scales per sender, that word describes the ceiling, not the bill. A five-account team on annual billing is $315 a month; the same team month-to-month is $395. Each sender includes 100 enrichment credits, and every Growth feature is on the plan: unlimited campaigns, the unified inbox, integrations, API and the MCP server.
The free trial is 14 days with no card, but it caps you at three LinkedIn accounts, so you cannot really test the multi-account rotation that is the whole point until you pay. Two tiers sit above Growth, and these are flat monthly, not per seat:
There is also a Done-for-You plan at a custom quote, with ICP research and a dedicated GTM engineer, and an Early Stage Program discount for companies under $250K ARR with fewer than five people. Note where "unlimited" carries an asterisk in both directions: three accounts on the trial, 300 on the top plan.
The structural pitch lands clearest against Dripify, which charges a separate subscription per LinkedIn account, roughly $195 to $395 a month for a five-person team. HeyReach puts all those senders on one workspace and one bill, which is the whole argument for agencies juggling many accounts. Against Expandi, at around $99 per account each month, the trade is about control: reviewers rate Expandi ahead on granular safety and limit settings, and HeyReach ahead on multi-account rotation and the unified inbox. If your worry is per-account safety tuning, Expandi wins; if it is running many accounts as one operation, HeyReach does.
The recurring complaint in user reviews is that daily action caps on connection requests, profile views and likes throttle heavy senders sooner than expected, which is LinkedIn's ceiling showing through rather than a HeyReach flaw, though it still surprises buyers who read "unlimited." Beyond that: a multi-day learning curve before campaigns are tuned well, occasional disputes over billing and downgrade timing, and the LinkedIn-only limitation that forces a second tool for email. None of these is a dealbreaker on its own. Together they mean the first week is setup, not sending.
Buy HeyReach if you are an agency or a sales team running several LinkedIn accounts and you want them rotated, sequenced and answered from one place on a single invoice. That is the job it does better than the per-account tools, and the unified inbox alone justifies it at that scale. The March takedown, read honestly, is reassuring on the point that matters to you: your accounts kept sending.
Skip it if you are a solo operator sending from one profile, where the per-sender math has no rotation to justify it and Expandi's tighter per-account controls serve you better. Skip it too if native email matters, because HeyReach will always route that through a third party. And go in knowing the "unlimited" in the marketing has a floor of three accounts on the trial and a ceiling of 300 on the top plan.
