Saleshandy review: the bundled Platform Plan ($34-$149/mo), what the Lead Finder credits are worth, the mailbox rotation caps, refunds and how it compares with Instantly and Lemlist.
Most cold email tools sell you the sending engine and then send you somewhere else for the leads. Saleshandy stopped doing that around August 2026. Its B2B Lead Finder, previously a separate subscription at $49 to $79 a month on annual billing, is no longer sold on its own. Every outreach plan now carries a monthly allowance of lead credits, and the three tiers were rebuilt as one "Platform Plan" with unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warm-up on all of them.
That makes the headline comparison with Instantly, Smartlead and Lemlist misleading if you only look at the sticker. The real question is: would you have bought a lead database anyway? If yes, Saleshandy is one of the cheapest ways to get both on one bill. If you already pay Apollo or Hunter for contacts, you are paying for credits you will not use, and they expire every cycle.
Every figure below was checked on October 30, 2026 against Saleshandy's pricing page, help centre and refund docs. We ran no sending test; user claims are sourced.
Three tiers, prices excluding tax, as listed on October 30, 2026:
| Starter | Pro | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual billing (per month) | $34 | $76 | $149 |
| Month to month | $41 | $99 | $189 |
| Users | 1 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Active prospects | 2,000 | 30,000 | Unlimited (fair use) |
| Emails per month | 6,000 | 100,000 | 200,000 |
| Lead Finder credits per month | 1,500 | 4,000 | 8,000 |
| Mailboxes per sequence (rotation) | 10 | 100 | 1,000 |
| CRM integrations, webhooks | No | Yes | Yes |
Scale has volume steps: 300,000 emails for $239 a month on annual billing ($299 monthly) and 600,000 for $479 ($599), with custom pricing above that.
Starter's limits are identical to Smartlead's Base plan (2,000 contacts, 6,000 sends, from $39/mo) and roomier than Instantly's entry Growth plan, which starts at $47/mo for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails. Neither of those includes a lead database. Lemlist's Email plan is $55 a month on yearly billing for 50,000 emails and unlimited users, a better fit for a team than Saleshandy's one-seat Starter, but it costs $21 a month more and still no credits.
Customers who signed up before the switch keep their legacy plans, and some of them should. Legacy Outreach Pro gave 150,000 emails a month for $99 month to month. The new Pro gives 100,000 for the same $99, plus 4,000 lead credits. If you never touch the lead database, the new plan is a 33% cut in sending volume at the same price.
Add-ons stack on top. Done-for-you mailboxes are $2.99 to $3.99 per mailbox per month depending on the commitment, plus $14 a year per domain. A team running 30 pre-warmed inboxes on annual terms adds roughly $90 a month before buying a single domain, which can be more than the Pro plan itself.
One credit reveals one verified email. A verified phone number costs 6 credits, so an email plus a phone costs 7. On Starter, 1,500 credits means 1,500 emails or about 214 contacts with phone numbers. On Pro, 4,000 credits stretch to about 571 full contacts.
Saleshandy's own top-up packs put a price on that allowance: 500 credits for $13, 1,000 for $25, 2,500 for $50. Buying Starter's 1,500 monthly credits as packs would cost about $38, more than the $34 Starter plan. Pro's 4,000 credits would cost about $88 as packs against a $76 plan. In other words, if you use every credit, the sending tool is close to free. If you use half, you are overpaying for a sequencer.
Two details decide which side of that line you land on. First, unused credits do not roll over. The legacy Lead Finder plans rolled over 50%, so this is a quiet downgrade for anyone who prospects in bursts. Second, annual billing hands out the credits as a yearly pool (18,000 on Starter, 48,000 on Pro, 96,000 on Scale) rather than a monthly drip, which suits a team that builds lists in one big push per quarter. Credits spent on an email that bounces as invalid are refunded automatically, and revealed contacts can be exported.
Unlimited email accounts on every plan is the line Saleshandy leads with, and it is true: you can connect as many Google, Microsoft or SMTP inboxes as you like without per-inbox fees, and warm all of them. The limit that bites sits elsewhere. One sequence can rotate across 10 sender accounts on Starter, 100 on Pro and 1,000 on Scale. With a 6,000-email monthly cap, Starter is a plan for one person and a handful of inboxes.
The daily ceiling per mailbox is not something Saleshandy publishes. Its FAQ says the daily limit "depends on your ESP", so Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 rules set the pace, not the plan.
The free trial is the weakest part of the evaluation path. It lasts 7 days, needs no credit card and caps sending at 100 emails. That is enough to build a sequence and check the editor, not enough to learn anything about deliverability. The real test window is the 10-day refund guarantee for new customers, and transaction charges are excluded from that refund.
Replies from every connected mailbox land in one unified inbox, tagged Interested, Not Now or Meeting Booked and answered in place. Since February 2026 the old Prospects tab is a built-in CRM with unlimited stored prospects. The AI Sequence Copilot, in beta since June 2025, drafts a multi-step sequence from a company URL, from a one-time (not monthly) allowance of 10, 20 or 30 AI sequences by plan.
The tier gate is the integrations. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Zapier and webhooks start at Pro. On Starter, getting a booked meeting into your CRM means copying it by hand. The API, a CLI and an MCP server are on every plan, so a technical solo user can script around that.
Support follows the same ladder. Starter gets "AI + Email". Pro adds live chat during working hours, with no hours stated. Saleshandy's pages disagree on whether priority support starts at Pro or Scale, and on whether Scale includes whitelabel and SSO or leaves them to a custom Enterprise deal. If either matters to you, get it in writing before you pay.
This is the section to read before choosing annual billing. A renewal can be refunded only within 5 days, only the most recent one, only if the product went unused in those 5 days, and only "with a valid reason". Cancelling early refunds nothing for the unused time. Money paid for an upgrade is credited to the account, not returned. Mailboxes are "strictly non-refundable" outside the renewal window.
When a paid cycle ends, the account drops to the free plan, where Saleshandy says "you won't be able to see any data on your previous usage". It comes back if you pay again on the same login email. Pausing for 1 to 6 months keeps it visible. The only export Saleshandy documents is the Lead Finder contact export, so pull your campaign reports before the cycle ends rather than after.
One more trap for older accounts: anyone who paid through PayPal, 2Checkout or Razorpay rather than Stripe cannot cancel from the dashboard and has to ask support.
Saleshandy's pricing page advertises 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot. Trustpilot itself shows no TrustScore for the company on October 30, 2026, and says it has removed fake reviews for a breach of its guidelines. A help-centre screenshot of Saleshandy's own billing screen shows a banner offering 500 free Lead Finder credits for leaving a Trustpilot review. Treat the star counts with caution; the G2 figure Saleshandy quotes is 4.6 from about 773 reviews.
The written reviews still say something. Praise centres on price: "Easy to use, great leads … saving money compared to the big companies" (Trustpilot, August 2026). The complaints recur around billing and bulk work: "I cancelled the subscription and despite that i have been charged. They dont want to refund" (September 2026), and "The software is too complex and annoying when it comes to bulk leads data extraction" (August 2026). A May 2026 Cleverly review adds warm-up reliability and add-on costs that stack up fast.
Saleshandy, built by Ikigai Infotech in Ahmedabad since 2015, is now the best-value pick for a solo founder or a small agency that needs mailboxes, warm-up and a lead source on one bill. Starter at $34 a month on annual terms undercuts Instantly's $47 entry and throws in 1,500 verified emails a month that would cost $38 as top-ups. Pro at $76 is the realistic plan for a team, because that is where the CRM integrations and 100-inbox rotation start.
Skip it if you already have a contact source you trust: the credits are the value, and they expire. Skip it too if you want month-to-month freedom with easy refunds, since the 5-day renewal window and no refund for unused time make annual billing a firm commitment. A multichannel, LinkedIn-heavy team is better served by Lemlist, and anyone who only needs a cheap sequencer can take Smartlead's $39 Base plan with the same 6,000-email cap.
