Waalaxy Review 2026: The Cloud LinkedIn Bot That Trades Control for Simplicity

A hands-on Waalaxy review for 2026: real pricing in euros, the free plan limits, the template ceiling, LinkedIn ban risk, and who should pick a different tool.

Waalaxy Review 2026: The Cloud LinkedIn Bot That Trades Control for Simplicity

What Waalaxy actually is

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn automation tool with a cartoon alien for a mascot and a very specific promise: set up a sequence once, close your laptop, and let the cloud keep sending connection requests and follow-ups while you do something else. It comes from the Toulouse team that built ProspectIn, relaunched under the Waalaxy name in 2021, and has grown to more than 130,000 users without taking outside funding. That last detail matters more than it sounds: a bootstrapped tool tends to price for revenue today rather than for a land-grab, and you can feel that in the plans.

The pitch is aimed at people who are not automation engineers: solo founders, recruiters, small sales teams. You install a Chrome extension to link your LinkedIn account, pick prospects straight from a LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator, drop them into a campaign, and Waalaxy handles the timing. On G2 it holds a 4.6 out of 5 across roughly 600 reviews and carried a Spring 2026 Momentum Leader badge, so plenty of people are happy with exactly that deal.

How it runs, and where the ceiling is

The genuinely useful part is the cloud. Most LinkedIn bots that run through a browser extension only work while your computer is awake and the tab is open; Waalaxy runs your campaigns server-side, so they continue overnight and on weekends. You still need the extension installed, but it is the setup and sync layer, not the engine.

You build campaigns from a library of 99+ pre-built sequences: a connection request, then a message a few days later, then an email if the person never accepted, with conditional branches for who did what. For most outbound this is enough, and it is faster than drawing a flow from scratch.

Here is the ceiling, and it is the single most important thing to understand before you pay: those templates are largely fixed. There is no free-form sequence builder where you assemble arbitrary steps, wait conditions, and branches the way you can in a tool like lemlist or La Growth Machine. You choose a template close to what you want and adjust the copy and delays inside it. Personalization is the usual merge-tag system (Hello {{first name}}) plus manual reminders and scheduling on individual messages.

If your outreach is one of the shapes Waalaxy already ships, you will never notice the wall. If it is not, you will hit it on day one.

Pricing, the free plan, and the team trap

Prices below are per user, per month, billed monthly, checked on the Waalaxy pricing page in August 2026. They are quoted in euros, because Waalaxy is a French company and bills in euros regardless of where you sit.

  • Free: permanent, not a trial. 80 LinkedIn invitations a month, 25 email-finder credits, and basic automation. Enough to test whether the workflow fits you, not enough to run a real campaign.
  • Pro, €19/mo: 300 invitations a month, 25 email credits, 48-hour support. The plan a solo user actually starts on.
  • Advanced, €49/mo: 800 invitations a month, 500 email credits, API access, 4-hour support. Waalaxy raised the Advanced email-finder allowance from 25 to 500 credits in 2026, which is what makes this tier worth the jump.
  • Business, €69/mo: everything in Advanced plus cold-email sequences, which is the only tier where you get true LinkedIn-plus-email multichannel. Priority support.

Annual billing knocks 50% off but wants the whole year up front; quarterly is a milder 20%. On the yearly deal Pro lands around €9.50 a month equivalent, Advanced around €24.50, Business around €34.50. Cheap for the category, as long as you can commit the lump sum.

The number the pricing page does not lead with is the team cost. Waalaxy prices per seat, and reviewers report the Team configuration starting around $350 a month for two members and climbing from there. For an individual the tool is a bargain; for a five-person SDR team it stops being one. Price your real seat count before you fall for the €19 headline.

Email finder and multichannel

Waalaxy enriches profiles with a built-in email finder that pulls verified professional addresses so you can add an email step to a LinkedIn sequence. The credits are the real limit: 25 a month on Free and Pro, 500 on Advanced and Business. If email is central to your outreach, Pro's 25 credits are a rounding error and you are effectively pushed to Advanced.

Multichannel, meaning actually sending cold emails as part of the sequence and not just finding the address, is gated to the Business plan. That is worth saying plainly, because the marketing talks about multichannel everywhere while the feature lives only at the top tier. If the whole reason you are here is LinkedIn plus email in one flow, your entry price is €69, not €19.

Where it falls down

The risk that sits under every LinkedIn automation tool applies here too: you are running a bot against a platform that does not want bots. LinkedIn has tightened invitation limits to roughly 100–200 accepted connection requests a week for most accounts, which is why Waalaxy's own caps top out at 800 invitations a month rather than the thousands older tools advertised. Push past what LinkedIn tolerates and you risk a restriction on your real account, not a throwaway. Waalaxy paces sends to stay under the line, but no third-party tool can promise LinkedIn will never notice.

Beyond the platform risk, three complaints recur in user reviews. Campaigns have per-campaign lead ceilings in the low thousands, which frustrates anyone running large lists. There are periodic bugs around timing: steps not respecting their intervals, and reports of a message occasionally sending twice. And the template model that makes setup easy is the same thing that boxes in a power user: no custom sequence builder means the workflow you can imagine is not always the workflow you can build.

Who should use it, who should skip it

Waalaxy is the right tool for a solo founder, freelancer, or recruiter who wants LinkedIn outreach running on autopilot without learning an automation platform. The cloud execution is real, the free plan lets you try the actual workflow before paying, and on the annual deal a single seat is genuinely inexpensive. If your sequences look like the ones it already ships, buy it and move on.

Skip it if you need a custom, branching sequence builder or you are equipping a sales team where the per-seat math turns ugly fast. In that case a flow-first tool like La Growth Machine or lemlist gives you the control Waalaxy withholds, and you will not fight the template ceiling every time your process changes. Decide on the shape of your outreach first; the tool follows from that, not the other way around.
