WooRank review: Pro $89.99 and Premium $199.99 a month, plan limits, the 3-day card-required trial, the no-refund rule, what cancelling deletes, and who should buy it.
WooRank gives a website a score out of 100, crawls it for SEO faults and turns the findings into a PDF a client can read without help. It has done that since 2010, out of Brussels, and it still does it competently. The problem is everything around that core. Pro costs $89.99 a month for one project, 50 tracked keywords and 2,500 crawled pages (checked on WooRank's pricing page on October 9, 2026). The newest post on its blog was dated April 24, 2025 when we looked the same day. And the feature its rivals have spent two years adding, tracking how a site appears in AI answers, does not exist anywhere on woorank.com.
So the recommendation is narrow. WooRank earns its fee if you sell website audits to small businesses and want branded reports and a lead-capture form without building either. If you need keyword research, backlinks or rank tracking at any scale, the same money buys a lot more elsewhere.
The Website Review is the product people remember. Paste a URL and you get "an instant overview of how well your website scores based on SEO best practices": a grade, then a checklist covering meta tags, a backlinks counter, the technologies the site runs on and similar on-page signals. Both paid plans allow unlimited Reviews, with an asterisk that points to WooRank's fair-use terms. A free extension for Chrome, Firefox and Edge runs a basic version on whatever page you are viewing, which is the cheapest way to see the scoring before handing over a card.
Site Crawl goes deeper. It crawls up to your plan's page limit, can be scheduled to re-run "as new content and pages are added", and has an e-commerce section that checks Product schema product by product. Results export to CSV.
The Keyword Tool tracks rankings for keywords you already chose, down to city level. WooRank sells it as tracking, not discovery, and 50 keywords on Pro is a small allowance for anything beyond a local business. The Assistant, flagged "New" in the site menu, runs a page-level SEO analysis including Core Web Vitals. WooRank does not describe it as AI, and neither will we.
Three tiers, two of them with published prices. Figures below are from WooRank's pricing page, checked on October 9, 2026.

Annual billing is where the price becomes defensible: Pro drops about 41% against twelve monthly payments of $89.99, Premium about 33%. All four plans auto-renew.
Two details the headline numbers hide. First, the plan data behind the page lists the same figure in US dollars, euros, pounds and Australian dollars, so a UK buyer pays £89.99 for exactly what an American gets for $89.99. The help centre says the currency is picked from your IP address, and Belgian customers are charged VAT on top. Second, Enterprise adds unlimited projects and keywords, full API access, bulk Review generation and phone support, at a price you only learn on a sales call. Non-profits get a 30% lifetime discount on request.
Premium's feature summary promises "up to 10,000 pages"; its detailed list says 10,500. Pro's summary offers 500 page-review API calls a month; its detailed list says 2,500, which would give the cheaper plan more API calls than Premium's 1,000. None of that is a scandal. Together it suggests nobody has re-read the pricing page in a while, so ask support which number holds before you build anything on the API.
The trial is three days, not the fourteen that some third-party reviews still quote. Every plan requires billing details to start it, and WooRank places a $1 hold on the card or PayPal account to check it is valid. The trial opens every feature, with "a small limit on instant Review generations".
Then the trap. In WooRank's own words: "WooRank has a no refund policy once you start your paid subscription." An email warns you before the first charge, and cancelling inside the three days costs nothing. Miss the window and the full month is gone.
That is exactly what the complaints are about. WooRank's Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and holds only four reviews, all one star, so it is a small sample rather than a rating. But the four rhyme: "I did a one day free trial and you are trying to collect the money on my credit card" (January 2025), and "my refund request was rejected without any willingness to consider these circumstances" (August 2026). Set a reminder for day two.
The cancel dialog is unusually honest about it: "This is a big decision - all of your data, Projects, keywords and templates will disappear." There is no read-only mode and no archive. The only exports on either plan are CSV files of Keyword Tool data and Site Crawl data.
In practice that means the score history above, your branded report templates and every saved Review vanish the day the subscription ends. An agency that has been sending WooRank PDFs to clients for two years leaves with two spreadsheets. Export both CSVs, and save the PDFs you care about, before you press cancel.
Bridgeline Digital, a Nasdaq-listed e-commerce software company, announced it was buying WooRank SRL on February 3, 2021, and had closed it by March 5. At the time WooRank claimed more than a million registered users in six languages. Bridgeline's results release for fiscal 2026, published October 6, 2026, is about its HawkSearch site-search platform; WooRank appears once, inside a definition of revenue that includes "WooRank licenses for HawkSearch customers".
The product shows it. On October 9, 2026 the release-notes link in WooRank's own navigation returned a 404, the latest blog post was nearly 18 months old, and we found no price change or launch in 2025 or 2026. The only mention of AI search on the site is a blog article explaining Google's AI Overviews. Moz Pro, AccuRanker and Nightwatch already track whether a site is cited in AI answers; WooRank cannot tell you.
Buy Premium if you are a freelancer or small agency selling audits. At $199.99 a month, or $133.25 on annual billing, you get five projects, unlimited white-label PDFs and the LeadGen tool, which hooks into Zapier to capture a prospect's details and send them a Review automatically. A finished, branded audit for every lead with no design work is the one thing WooRank still does better than bigger suites.
Skip Pro. $89.99 buys one project and reports that carry WooRank's branding rather than yours, so it does neither the agency job nor the in-house job well.
Skip WooRank entirely if you work on your own site. For keyword research, backlink data and rank tracking beyond 50 terms, SE Ranking or Semrush give you databases WooRank does not have. For a deeper technical crawl, look at Sitechecker. For visibility in AI answers, Moz Pro. And if you trial WooRank anyway, cancel before day three unless you are certain.
