Klenty review: real per-rep pricing checked October 2026, the 500 emails/day account cap, manual LinkedIn tasks, the separate dialer, contract terms and who should skip it.
Klenty pitches itself as the sales engagement tool for teams that cannot justify Outreach or Salesloft, and the headline number backs that up: $50 a month. The trouble starts when you try to work out what that $50 covers, because Klenty's own documentation gives two different answers.
The pricing page (checked on Klenty's pricing page on October 30, 2026; the page itself is dated July 21, 2026) lists Starter at "$50 per month billed annually" with "Unlimited users / Unlimited mailboxes", 15,000 contacts and 75,000 emails a month. The help centre, updated on October 20, 2026, says "StartUp costs $50/month /seat", caps Startup at "up to 3 email accounts", and says that "irrespective of the plans, you'll be able to send 500 emails/day". Even the pricing page's own meta description says "$50/user/month".
Those are not small differences. For a five-person team, one reading is $600 a year and the other is $3,000. We could not settle it from public sources, and neither can you. Get the seat count, mailbox count and daily sending cap written into your order form before you sign, because the plan you are quoted on a demo call is the only version that counts.
There is no monthly plan. The billing toggle offers annual or quarterly only ("Save up to 20%"), and the quarterly figures are not in the page source, so the prices below are the annual rate. Third-party reviews still quote $60 and $85 monthly prices; Klenty no longer offers them.
| Plan | Price (billed annually) | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $50/month (per account or per seat - see above) | Email cadences only: A/B tests, merge fields, approve-before-sending, API, Zapier. No dialer, no CRM sync |
| Growth | $70/user/month | CRM plugin and two-way sync, 1-click dialer with 200 minutes, SMS, 2,000 data credits |
| Plus | $99/user/month | 1,000 minutes, 4,000 data credits, account-based selling, live transcription, AI call scorecards |
| Enterprise | Quote only | Custom |
The line that matters most for most buyers is the CRM one. Starter does not sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or Dynamics, so any team that lives in a CRM is really choosing between Growth and Plus. That makes the realistic entry price $70 per rep, or $840 per rep per year.
Then come the extras. Power and parallel dialing is a $45 per user per month add-on to Sales Engagement, which takes a Growth seat to $115. Dynamic Presence, the local-number rotation feature, is another $50 per seat. Extra sending domains used to be listed at $30 each; that line has quietly left the current page, so ask.
Contact data is sold separately through Prospect IQ. The smallest bundle, 1,000 email credits plus 200 phone credits, is $40 + $40 a month on yearly billing, which Klenty's own billing screen totals at $960 billed annually. Credits are shared across the team, revealing an email and phone costs 2 credits, and unused credits do not roll over. Buy too many and the surplus expires every month.
Put together, a five-rep team on Growth with power dialing and the smallest data bundle pays about $7,860 a year before any Enterprise discount.
This is the limit the marketing page leaves out. The help centre is blunt: "You can only send 500 emails per day from an email address connected to Klenty." The in-app Email Settings screen shows how it actually works. You set one account-wide daily limit of up to 500, then split it across your connected mailboxes; the example screenshot gives two mailboxes 250 each.
Adding inboxes therefore does not add volume. To go past 500 a day you buy Email add-ons, at most two per account, each adding another 500-a-day slot. Their price is not published ("Pricing of an add-on depends on the plan you are currently in") and support has to switch the option on before you can buy it. Klenty's own screen recommends 100-200 emails a day per mailbox for deliverability, which is sensible, but it also means a team that wants to warm and rotate ten inboxes hits the account ceiling long before it hits the mailbox limit.
For a single SDR this rarely matters. For an agency or a team running high-volume cold email across many domains, it is the reason to look at Woodpecker or lemlist instead.
Klenty calls itself multichannel, and cadences can include LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and call steps. LinkedIn steps are not automated, though. You install the Chrome plugin, make sure each prospect has a LinkedIn URL, open LinkedIn and, in the help centre's words, "start completing the tasks one by one". "LinkedIn Automation" appeared on the Growth plan in January 2025 and was gone from the list by March 2026. If you want connection requests and messages sent for you, that is a job for Expandi or HeyReach.
Calling is better developed. Growth includes 200 minutes and Plus 1,000, with AI voicemail detection and call outcome tagging. Heavier callers are pushed to the separate Sales Dialer, priced per user: Basic $40 (500 minutes, one US number), Pro $80 (2,000 minutes, parallel dialing of up to five prospects) and Scale $140 (unlimited US calling). Extra US minutes run about 2.1 cents, extra numbers $1.15 a month, and unanswered calls are free. Prices are moving the wrong way: in April 2026 Basic was $35.
The 14-day trial needs no card and lets your whole team in, but it stops at 200 emails for the entire two weeks. The help centre says it matches the Growth plan; the pricing FAQ says it includes all features. Either way, 200 emails is enough to test cadence building and CRM sync, not deliverability. The plan buttons that used to read "Try for free" now read "Schedule a demo", so expect a sales call on the way in.
On the way out, the FAQ promises "Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees". The Terms of Service, last updated in May 2018, say "All amounts paid are non-refundable", bill in advance, and require "at least thirty (30) days prior written notice" to terminate. With annual or quarterly billing only, that means cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the months you have paid for.
Prospect export is CSV, chosen field by field, including engagement data such as opens, clicks, replies and bounces. The file is emailed to you. A full "Export All" is not on by default: you ask support to enable it. Plan for that before your renewal date, because after an account is deleted the data can be retrieved for 30 days and is then gone.
Klenty says it is SOC 2 Type II certified (announced August 2023) and GDPR-compliant, and its DPA includes Standard Contractual Clauses. It does not name a hosting region; the privacy policy says data may be stored "in the United States or other countries that we choose", and there is no public trust page. European teams with residency requirements should ask before signing.
Klenty scores around 4.6 on both G2 and Capterra, which is respectable for the category. The complaints in Capterra reviews from 2020 to 2023 cluster around three things: price for what you get, an interface people found hard to learn, and cadence bugs, including one reviewer who saw emails marked as sent that had not gone out. One team also found the Pipedrive sync unreliable. Those reviews are old enough that some fixes may have landed, but CRM sync is exactly what you should test hard during the trial.
Buy Klenty if you run a small-to-mid sales team on HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, your reps send personal sequences of a few hundred emails a day in total, and you want email, calls and CRM sync in one place for $70 a rep, without paying for Outreach or Salesloft. Growth is the plan that makes sense; Starter, without CRM sync, mostly does not.
Skip it if you need volume across many inboxes (the 500-a-day account cap will bind; look at Woodpecker or lemlist), if you want LinkedIn actions sent automatically (HeyReach or Expandi), or if you need monthly billing, which Klenty does not sell. Reply.io is the closer all-round alternative if you want a multichannel tool with a different set of limits to negotiate.
Whatever you choose, do not sign from the pricing page. Klenty's own pages disagree on seats, mailboxes and contacts, and the order form is the only document that settles it.
