Regie.ai review: RegieGO now starts free, Pro is $49/mo ($41 annual), Team $150/seat. Credit rules, the dialer, data terms and who should skip it.
Until this week, finding out what Regie.ai cost meant booking a demo. The previous platform, RegieOne, launched in February 2025 alongside a $30M Series B. Third-party trackers put it at $180 per user per month for the AI sales engagement seat with a 10-seat minimum (about $21,600 a year), $499 per user for the "Force Multiplier Rep" tier with a five-seat minimum, a $150-per-user add-on for the parallel dialer, and around $35,000 a year for an enterprise contract. Those figures come from a MarketBetter review last updated in August 2026, not from Regie.
On November 2, 2026, co-founder Matt Millen published a post introducing RegieGO, and the pricing page changed with it. There is now a $0 plan that needs no card, a $49 solo plan and a $150-per-seat team plan, all self-serve and contract-free. That is the real story here. A tool built for a 10-rep SDR floor now wants the solo founder who currently stitches together a contact database, a dialer and ChatGPT.
"When Sri and I started Regie in 2020, GPT-3 was still in private beta," Millen writes. He and CEO Srinath Sridhar, formerly of Google and Meta, have raised $50.8M in total according to TechCrunch's Series B coverage, from Scale Venture Partners, Foundation Capital, Khosla Ventures and others. That matters more than it sounds. You are about to put your pipeline into this company's CRM.
RegieGO is five tools drawing on one credit balance. You describe your ideal customer in plain language and Prospecting returns matching buyers and lists. Waterfall Enrichment then hunts for emails and phone numbers and charges only when it finds one. Research and Messaging writes drafts around what Regie calls "dated why-now signals" - a funding round, a new hire - in your own voice. The Parallel Dialer rings up to five lines at once from local numbers Regie provisions for you, with DNC enforcement and the prospect's research on screen. A built-in CRM is free on every plan, or you can sync HubSpot or Salesforce instead.
Email goes out from your own Gmail or Outlook. That is a real break from RegieOne, which was sold as a layer on top of Outreach and Salesloft. Neither appears on the current integrations page, which lists Salesforce (production or sandbox orgs), HubSpot, Gmail, Outlook, Gong, Attention and Seismic. If your team lives in Outreach sequences, RegieGO does not plug into them. It wants to replace them.
Regie's comparison page against Nooks claims RegieGO "typically replaces four to six point solutions." For a single rep that adds up: a contact database, an enrichment tool, a dialer, a writing assistant and a lightweight CRM are five subscriptions today. Whether one product does all five well is a separate question.
Prices below were checked on the Regie pricing page on November 3, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed annually | Credits | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | - | 250 one-time per person, never expire | Up to 10 people sharing one pool; no card |
| Pro | $49/mo | $41/mo | 5,000 a month, or 60,000 up front on annual | One user; parallel dialer with local numbers |
| Team | $150/seat/mo | $125/seat/mo | 15,000 per seat a month, or 180,000 on annual | Two-seat minimum; one shared pool |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Volume credits | Custom CRM sync, account manager, SOC 2 paperwork |
Credits pay for everything - AI research, drafting, enrichment and calls. Regie publishes no rate card, only a credits calculator with worked examples, and the examples are where the cost becomes visible. About 400 mobile numbers a month costs "about 2,000 credits," roughly five per number found. Calls cost one credit per dial, "answered or not." So a Pro user who finds 400 mobiles and makes 800 dials has spent 2,800 of their 5,000 credits before the AI writes a single email.
The cheapest Team setup is two seats: $250 a month on annual billing ($3,000 a year) or $300 month to month. Against the roughly $21,600 a year that RegieOne's 10-seat minimum implied, this is a different product category, not a discount. One small inconsistency: the calculator shows Pro annual at $40 a month, a dollar under the pricing page. Budget on $41.
The free tier is generous in what it opens and stingy in how long it lasts. Research, enrichment, drafting and agents are all included. But the 250 credits are one-time, not monthly, and if you invite colleagues, up to ten people draw from the same 250. At five credits per mobile number, that is about 50 phone numbers for the whole team, ever. Signup needs a work email rather than a personal Gmail address. It does not need a card.
Paid plans are where the fine print matters. Paid credits do not roll over, so a quiet month on Pro throws away whatever you did not use. Extra credits cannot be bought on their own either. When you run dry, work pauses until the next refresh - unless the workspace owner has switched on overage, which the terms describe as "billed daily up to a daily spending cap" that the owner sets. Turn it on without a sensible cap and a heavy dialing week becomes a surprise card charge. Leave it off and your agents stop mid-campaign.
The annual plan is paid up front, and the FAQ says cancelling "stops the renewal," with no mention of a pro-rata refund; the terms add that credits are "non-refundable" and have "no cash value." Late invoices accrue 1.5% interest a month. In Regie's favour, enrichment that finds nothing costs nothing, and neither Pro nor Team carries a contract.
RegieGO is days old, so there is no body of user reviews for it yet. What exists is the RegieOne record, and the same team built both. On G2, Regie.ai sits around 4.4 out of 5 from roughly 350 reviews as of November 2026 (taken from search listings, since G2 blocked a direct check). Gartner Peer Insights shows 4.3, from only four reviews.
The praise is about speed. MarketBetter's summary of G2 reviews has users saying an email that took 15 to 20 minutes now takes two or three. The complaint is about tone: "Robotic tone" is "still the most common criticism," with reviewers calling drafts "salesy" and saying "heavy editing is required before sending." A newer 2026 theme was wrong phone numbers and prospect mismatches from the contact database.
RegieGO's drafts "in your voice," built on dated signals, aim squarely at the first complaint. Paying only for numbers it finds softens the second, since a wrong number still costs you. Neither fix is proven. Plan to edit every draft for the first few weeks.
Regie does not say which language model writes your emails. No page names one, so you cannot tell whether a model swap will change your output overnight. The terms let you keep "all rights in Customer Data," but grant Regie a licence to use your inputs and outputs "to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service." That last word is the only wording that touches training, and it neither promises nor rules it out. If your prospect lists or call recordings are sensitive, get the answer in writing before you upload them. The privacy policy also covers voiceprints and cloned-voice data, so read it before switching on any voice feature.
The site shows a SOC 2 badge "monitored by Drata" and a GDPR badge, but there is no public trust page and the SOC 2 type (I or II) is not stated. "SOC 2 and enterprise security" is listed as an Enterprise feature, which suggests the security-review paperwork lives on the custom tier. On termination, Regie "will delete Customer Data," with no number of days given.
Buy it if you are a solo founder, a lone SDR or a team of two to five who wants list building, enrichment, drafting and dialing in one place. At $41 a month on annual, Pro costs less than RegieOne's dialer add-on alone reportedly did, and the free CRM removes another bill. Start on the free plan, spend the 250 credits on real prospects, and count how many drafts you would send unedited.
Skip it if your team already runs sequences in Outreach or Salesloft. There is no listed integration, so RegieGO means migrating, not adding. If your outreach is mostly cold email at volume, Instantly or Reply.io are built for exactly that. If your team lives on the phone, Nooks is the dialer-first tool Regie itself benchmarks against. And if you need copy that ships without a human edit, the "robotic tone" record says not yet.
The bigger risk is the credit model, not the price. Monthly credits that expire, no top-ups and daily overage billing reward steady volume and punish spiky months. Set an overage cap on day one.
