Creatio review: $40 Growth or $75 Enterprise per user plus $15 per CRM app, a $10,000 yearly minimum, 3-year terms, AI credits and support costs explained.
Table of Contents
Creatio's pricing page, checked on creatio.com/products/pricing in November 2026, puts the platform at $40 per user per month on Growth and $75 on Enterprise. Each CRM product - Sales, Marketing or Service - adds $15 per user per month on top. Both plans start at five users, so a five-person sales team on Growth plus Sales looks like $275 a month, or $3,300 a year.
Two lines further down, the same page says: "The minimum purchase for new customers is an equivalent of $10,000 per year." And: "The standard contract term is 3 years." That turns the $3,300 team into a $10,000 one. At $55 a seat the minimum buys about 15 Growth + Sales users; at $90 a seat for Enterprise + Sales it buys about 9. Over the standard term, the smallest deal Creatio will sign a new customer to is a $30,000 commitment, before paid support and before sales tax or VAT, which the list prices exclude.
Those list prices also went up this year. Creatio rebuilt its pricing on May 1, 2026, adding a custom-priced Unlimited plan and making AI Studio "required by default alongside Creatio Business Studio licenses". The price tracker PricingSaaS logged Growth moving from $25 to $40 (+60%) and Enterprise from $55 to $75 (+36%), with Unlimited going from a flat $85 to "Custom".
Creatio, formerly bpm'online and based in Boston, grew out of business process management, and it shows in how the product is sold. What you buy first is the platform: Creatio Business Studio (renamed from Creatio Studio in May), a no-code environment for data models, pages, workflows and case flows. Sales, Marketing and Service are applications that sit on top of it. Applications, workflows and records are unlimited on every plan, and SOC 2 Type II covers all three tiers.
That ordering is the real difference from Pipedrive or HubSpot, where the CRM is the product and automation is a feature of it. In Creatio, a lead-to-order process, a discount approval chain and a service case with SLA timers are built in the same designer by the same admin, without code. G2 reviewers, who average about 4.6 out of 5 across roughly 359 reviews, point to this more than anything else; one praises the "possibility of a large number of modifications without using code".
The July 15, 2026 release, branded 10x, pushed the agent side forward. It added AI Twin, "a no-skills-required agent assistant for every end user", and AI Studio, a place to manage "the agent lifecycle at enterprise scale". The current version in November 2026 is 10.1 Unlimited, shipped on October 8. Creatio says it serves "thousands of customers in over 100 countries", and in June 2024 it raised $200 million at a $1.2 billion valuation in a round led by Sapphire Ventures. This is not a vendor likely to disappear halfway through your three-year term.
Growth is pitched as "built for SMBs to automate and grow with ease". The plan comparison page shows where it stops being enough.
| Growth | Enterprise | Unlimited | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platform price | $40/user/month | $75/user/month | Custom |
| Workflow runs (BPM and case flows) | 50K executed process elements/month | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| OData REST and webhook API calls | 10K per user per day | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Database and attachment storage | 1 GB per user each | 2 GB per user each | Extended |
| Change log retention | 90 days | 365 days | Unlimited |
| Hosting | Cloud only | Cloud or on-premise | Cloud or on-premise |
| Environments | 2 | 3 | Unlimited |
| HIPAA | No | Yes | Yes |
| Cheaper user types ($12/user/month) | No | Yes | Yes |
| AI credits included | 200 per user | 400 per user | 10K per organization |
Two of those limits bite in practice. The workflow cap counts executed process elements, not processes, so a ten-step flow that fires on every inbound lead uses up the whole month at 5,000 leads. The change log is the other: on Growth, when someone asks in month four who edited a contract value, the audit trail is already gone. Anyone in a regulated industry lands on Enterprise anyway, for HIPAA and the 365-day log.
Enterprise is also the only per-seat plan that sells cheaper seats. Limited internal users, mobile-only users and B2B portal users cost $12 each, and limited internal users do not count toward storage. Field staff who only update a few records are the obvious fit. On Growth everyone pays full price.
Since May, AI Studio ships with every license, along with a pool of AI credits: 200 per user on Growth, 400 per user on Enterprise and 10,000 per organization on Unlimited. Creatio defines a credit as "a single, universal unit for all AI consumption across every model, modality, and provider". What it does not publish is how many credits a typical agent action burns, so the bundled pool is hard to judge until you run your own workload in a trial.
Past the bundle, AI is sold in yearly packages. Start costs $5,000 for 500,000 credits and runs on OpenAI models only. Grow costs $25,000 for 1.5 million credits and adds Google and Anthropic models; Accelerate ($75,000 for 4 million) and Scale ($150,000 for 8 million) follow. Bring-your-own-model and on-premise AI exist only in the custom Freedom package. So a team that wants to choose between Anthropic, Google and OpenAI, rather than take OpenAI by default, is spending $25,000 a year on AI before the first seat.
The included tier is AI Support: a 4-hour response on high-priority tickets and 8 hours on medium, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with two authorized contacts. Business support adds 10% to the subscription for 1-hour and 4-hour responses, seven days a week, and five contacts. Premium adds 20% for 30 minutes and 2 hours, around the clock, with 15 contacts, and it is the only tier with a guaranteed resolution time. Unlimited includes Premium. Growth and Enterprise pay for it.
On a minimum $10,000 contract, Premium is another $2,000 a year. Budget for it. G2 reviewers rate the people behind the queue well, with "the support team is one of the best" a typical line, but the two-contact limit on the free tier means a ten-person admin team funnels every ticket through two names.
Before signing a three-year term, ask how you would leave. Creatio's own Academy documentation answers plainly. List views export to .xlsx, and only for users granted the "Export list records" permission. "Out of the box, Creatio terminates the export operation if it takes longer than 10 minutes. To increase the timeout value, contact Creatio support." Contact photos and account logos are not exported at all.
For a large database, that pushes the exit through the OData REST API rather than the export button, and on Growth the API stops at 10,000 calls per user per day. None of that is unusual for an enterprise CRM, but it is the work you will pay a partner for if you ever move. Data residency is rarely the blocker: Creatio Cloud runs in AWS and Azure regions across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Sydney, and Enterprise and Unlimited can run on-premise.
There is no free plan and no community edition. Creatio offers a free trial "for evaluation purposes only" without stating its length in the terms; third-party listings put it at 14 days with no card. Creatio claims implementations take 6 to 16 weeks and, citing Nucleus Research, a "37% lower total cost of ownership" than Salesforce. That is the vendor's comparison, on its own page.
The complaints on G2 cluster in two places. Setup is the first: "Initial setup and customization require a steep learning curve if you're new to the platform", and complex workflows and integrations "may require additional training". Reporting is the second, described as limited next to more specialized CRM tools. Capterra reviewers ask for more modular pricing, which after the May increase reads as an understatement.
Buy Creatio if you are a mid-size or enterprise team of roughly 15 seats or more that wants CRM and no-code process automation on one platform, needs on-premise hosting or HIPAA coverage, and is pricing an alternative to Salesforce. At that size the $10,000 floor disappears into the seat count, Enterprise + Sales at $90 a user sits under the $100 Pro Suite figure Creatio quotes for Salesforce, and the process designer does work that would otherwise need a developer. Read our Salesforce review for the other side of that comparison.
Skip it if you have fewer than ten seats or will not sign for three years. Five users on Growth pay for fifteen, and with Business support that is $11,000 a year for a team that Pipedrive or Zoho CRM would serve for a fraction of it, month to month. If you want marketing and service in the same tool, HubSpot starts smaller. Come back to Creatio when your headcount, and your processes, outgrow them.
