KonnectzIT review: 10,000 tasks for $13.49/month, a visual builder and a lifetime deal, weighed against thin upkeep and failed-automation complaints.

KonnectzIT sells 10,000 automation tasks a month for $13.49. Zapier's Pro plan gives you 750 tasks for $29.99 billed monthly. That is thirteen times the volume for less than half the money, and it is the only reason most people find this Zapier alternative at all.
Per 1,000 tasks, KonnectzIT Pro works out to about $1.35 on monthly billing and $0.90 on the annual plan ($108 a year). Zapier Pro comes to roughly $40 per 1,000 at its monthly price. Make is the one mainstream rival that lands in the same range: its Core plan starts at $9 a month for 10,000 credits. A Make credit and a KonnectzIT task are not measured identically, so treat that as a close match rather than a tie.
| Plan (checked in September 2026) | Monthly volume | Price | Free tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| KonnectzIT Pro | 10,000 tasks | $13.49/mo, or $108/yr ($9/mo) | 100 tasks |
| Zapier Pro | 750 tasks | $29.99/mo, or $19.99/mo billed annually | 100 tasks |
| Make Core | 10,000 credits | from $9/mo | 1,000 credits |
| Pabbly Connect Standard | 10,000 tasks | see our review | - |
So the cheap part is real. What the rest of this review is about is what you give up to get it, and the short answer is confidence that the product is still being actively worked on.
A workflow here is called a "Konnectz", and every plan, free included, allows an unlimited number of them. The limit is always tasks. The pricing FAQ defines a task by example: when a new lead lands in your CRM and the Konnectz acts on it, that counts as one. It does not say whether triggers, filters or formatter steps draw from the same allowance, and we could not confirm it either way, so budget as if they might.
The editor is a visual canvas. You drop a trigger app, chain action steps after it and branch with Condition nodes, much like Make's scenario view and unlike Zapier's vertical list. The help centre says you can add "n number of steps", and paid plans add webhooks, a scheduler and delay step, and folders for organising Konnectz.
The built-in utilities cover the jobs that otherwise need a code step: a Date Formatter, Number Formatter, Text Formatter, Text Splitter, a Coupon Generator and an API/HTTP module for apps that have no native integration. That HTTP module matters more than it sounds, because the size of the app library depends on who you ask. The homepage claims "1000+ KonnectzIT Integrations"; the AppSumo listing said "over 800 applications". Zapier lists several thousand. Check that your niche apps are in the picker before you build anything, and plan to reach the rest over HTTP.
There are three paid plans, all sold in task tiers and billed through Paddle. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month with unlimited workflows, and a 14-day trial opens the premium features. The price list was last changed on July 31, 2025; everything below was checked on konnectzit.com/pricing in September 2026.
| Tasks/month | Pro (1 user) | Team (unlimited members) | Agency (unlimited sub-accounts) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $13.49/mo · $108/yr | $28.49/mo · $228/yr | - |
| 20,000 | $28.49/mo · $228/yr | $58.49/mo · $468/yr | - |
| 50,000 | $58.49/mo · $468/yr | $102.99/mo · $948/yr | $102.99/mo · $948/yr |
| 100,000 | $102.99/mo · $828/yr | $222.49/mo · $1,788/yr | $222.49/mo · $1,788/yr |
| 2,000,000 | $1,491.49/mo · $11,988/yr | $2,983.99/mo · $23,988/yr | $2,983.99/mo · $23,988/yr |
Read the Team column against Pro and the seat price shows up. Team at 10,000 tasks costs $28.49, exactly what Pro charges for 20,000. You pay for unlimited teammates by giving up half your tasks, at every tier. For two people that is a fair trade. For one person who wants a login to hand an assistant, it is not.
Agency starts at 50,000 tasks for $102.99 a month and lets you carve that allowance into sub-accounts, one per client, which you can deactivate or delete. The help article on sub-accounts, written in 2022, still says you can add five; the pricing page now says unlimited. Extra tasks come as a top-up from $58.49 for 50,000, and a ChatGPT plugin add-on costs $5 a month, the only AI feature we could confirm. White-label is offered for "a fixed price" plus a yearly maintenance fee, with no number published and a demo call required.
Then there is the lifetime deal, still on sale on KonnectzIT's own site: $99 for 4,000 tasks a month limited to two steps, $199 for 4,000 tasks with unlimited steps, or $299 for 10,000 tasks with unlimited steps. Against annual Pro at $108 a year, the $299 deal pays for itself in under three years. That sum only works if the company is still running the servers in year three. Do not confuse this with the AppSumo deal ($129 per code, 4,000 tasks), which ended on May 30, 2023.
On refunds, the terms (Estonian law, last updated October 2023) give EU consumers the standard 14-day right to withdraw. They also let KonnectzIT suspend any account it deems inappropriate at its sole discretion, with no refund. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
KonnectzIT OÜ is registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and its team appears to be based in India; third-party databases date it to 2020 and list no outside funding. None of that is a problem by itself. The problem is how few public signs of recent work there are.
The site footer reads "Copyright @ KonnectzIT 2022". The help-centre articles we checked were last modified between 2020 and 2022, and the Basic collection labels its utility guides "Last updated 4-5 years ago". The blog returned 504 errors when we tried it in September 2026. We found no changelog and no product news from 2025 or 2026. The only recent dated change anywhere is the July 2025 price update. For a tool whose integrations break every time a connected app changes its API, that silence is the thing to weigh.
User reviews point the same way. KonnectzIT holds 4.2/5 on Capterra from 47 reviews, 4.13 on AppSumo from 187, and 4.2 on Product Hunt from five. Support gets real praise, often a named staff member. The complaints are consistent, though. One Capterra reviewer called the UI "very basic and kinda clunky" with "annoying pop ups every time you log in". An AppSumo reviewer wrote that "the app itself is still buggy". Twenty-seven of the 187 AppSumo reviews are one star, about 14%. The most recent serious complaint, on Product Hunt, described client automations "failing thanks to an error on their server that has been going on for several days", and added that chat requests for help went unanswered.
Two more gaps for anyone automating client data: there is no published SOC 2 report and no statement on where data is stored. "GDPR compliant" appeared only as a line in the old AppSumo deal terms. Support is by email and site chat, with no published hours or response times.
KonnectzIT is cheap automation with vendor risk attached. The per-task cost is excellent. The evidence that anyone is maintaining the product in 2026 is thin.
Buy it if you are a solo operator or small agency running high volumes of simple, low-stakes syncs - form to sheet, lead to CRM, a Slack alert on a new order - where a workflow stalling for a day costs you an annoyance, not a client. Start on the free 100 tasks, build your real workflow during the 14-day trial, and pay monthly before you consider annual. Take the $299 lifetime deal only if you would shrug at losing it.
Skip it if a broken automation costs money or a client relationship. Make matches the price almost exactly on its Core plan, has a similar visual builder and a far larger, actively maintained app library. Zapier gives you far fewer tasks per dollar but the widest app catalogue and the longest track record. If you want to own the infrastructure outright, n8n can be self-hosted.
