Nimble CRM review, checked November 2026: the $24.90 Business plan, the add-ons that raise it, Prospector credit limits, AI Sequences, Nimble MCP, no refunds and no email export.
Nimble sells exactly one paid plan, and that is most of its pitch. Business costs $24.90 per seat per month billed annually, or $29.90 billed monthly - checked in November 2026 against Nimble's pricing page and help centre, with no change found since an unannounced increase in 2023. There is no free plan. The 14-day trial asks for an email address and no card.
The seat price covers the CRM itself: 25,000 contact records, 2 GB of storage per seat, the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations, the Prospector browser extension and the AI email tools. What it leaves out is most of what a small business bolts on in its first month.
| Item | Price (November 2026) | Charged per |
|---|---|---|
| Business plan | $24.90/month annual, $29.90/month monthly | seat |
| Email Marketing | $15/month, or $149.90/year | company |
| Web Forms & Web Chat | $12/month for each block of 10 forms and chats | account |
| Extra contacts | $10/month per 10,000 | account |
| Extra storage | $10/month per 10 GB | account |
| Extra enrichment credits | from $10/month | account |
Run it for a three-person team on annual billing. Seats come to $74.70 a month. Add Email Marketing and Web Forms & Chat and the bill is $101.70, about 36% above the headline, before anyone touches the contact cap. Each 10,000 contacts past 25,000 adds another $10.
The billing policy matters more than any line in that table. "You may cancel your account at any time, however, we do not offer refunds," says Nimble's help centre, and an annual plan can only drop to monthly during its last month. Spend the whole trial before you pay for a year. Non-profits with a .org address and IRS registration get a discount, though Nimble does not publish how much.
Jon Ferrara co-founded GoldMine before he started Nimble, and the idea has not moved in years: the CRM should come to your inbox rather than the other way round. Prospector runs as a browser extension and as a sidebar inside Gmail and Outlook. Open a message and it assembles the sender's profile from the email signature, social profiles and the company website, with buttons to add a note, log an activity, schedule a meeting, send a message or open a deal without leaving the thread. On a company page it adds employee count, founding year, revenue and industry.
The limit is in the credits. Business includes 100 enrichment credits per user per month (50 during the trial), and finding one contact's email address costs 4 of them. That works out to about 25 email lookups per person per month. Verifying an address costs another 2. Unused credits do not roll over, bought credits are not refundable, and top-ups start at $10 a month. Someone adding three or four new prospects a day will burn through the included allowance in the first week.
Style Factory's review points out a quieter gap: Nimble's inbox view "only shows you your inbox and sent items; it does not let you access any other email folders at all". If you file client mail into folders, you will still be opening Outlook or Gmail to find it.
Most of what changed at Nimble this year is AI, and the good news is the price. None of it is an add-on.
AI Sequences builds multi-step follow-ups that mix emails, call tasks and LinkedIn tasks, and Nimble's help centre says it is "included in every paid Nimble seat - no add-on, and no per-message credits." Since May 2026, Sequence Activities let calls and to-dos sit inside an automated sequence rather than beside it. The sending still has a ceiling, though: sequence emails come out of the same 1,000-a-month allowance as Group Messages.
AI Context is a place to describe your business once - offer, tone, who you sell to - so that generated emails, summaries and tasks stop sounding generic. Nimble MCP is the more interesting one. It connects the CRM to Claude, ChatGPT and similar assistants, so you can ask "who haven't I spoken to in 60 days?" or log a call by typing it. It costs nothing extra on the Nimble side. The assistant only sees records you are allowed to see, asks you to confirm before it changes anything, and will not send email for you.
Check your AI subscription before planning around it. Nimble MCP works on every Claude plan, the free one included, but on ChatGPT only Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu qualify, so Free and Plus users are left out. What Nimble's help centre does not say is whether customer data is used to train AI models. If that matters to your clients, ask before you import them.
Web Chat arrived in May 2026, bundled with Web Forms as one inbound-capture product. Ferrara pitched it at launch as "one platform, every step of the relationship, priced for the businesses that actually need it". Chats and form submissions land in the CRM as contacts, which is the point: no Zapier step between your site and your pipeline.
It is billed as an add-on, at $12 a month for 10 forms and chats. The 30-day trial "cannot be extended", and when it ends "you'll be automatically charged a prorated amount". Turn it on, put a reminder in your calendar for day 25, and decide then.
These rarely make the sales page but decide whether Nimble still fits a year in.
Leaving is where it hurts. Contacts, notes, activities and deals export to a CSV that arrives in your inbox, but "We are not able to export email correspondence at this time." The messages themselves stay in your mailbox. The link between each thread and the contact or deal it belongs to does not travel, so two years of relationship history becomes a contact list.
Support runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific, by email to [email protected], plus a daily 30-minute onboarding webinar and free one-to-one calls you book through Calendly. There is no inbound phone line. For a team in London, that support window opens at 5 PM. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure, and Nimble publishes a GDPR data processing addendum. An expired trial locks you out and is deleted 60 days later.
G2's summary of user reviews lands on the same two points this review does: people find Nimble "expensive, especially with added fees for more features and contact limits", and some report "integration issues ... struggling with syncing data across different platforms". The same summary says users "praise the quick and responsive customer support", while TechRadar calls support mixed. Read together, the complaint is less about the answers than about when they arrive.
Buy Nimble if you are a consultant, an agency or a team of two to ten who sell through relationships and spend the day in Outlook or Gmail. The one-plan price is honest for that use, contact enrichment sits where you already work, and AI Sequences plus a free MCP connector that works with Claude's free plan is more AI than most CRMs give away at this price. Budget for Email Marketing and Web Forms from day one, and treat the stated $24.90 as a floor.
Skip it if your manager wants forecasts and pipeline reports: Pipedrive is built around the pipeline and reports on it far better. If your team is Gmail-only and wants the CRM inside the inbox rather than beside it, look at Streak or Copper. If you need a free tier to start, HubSpot has one and Nimble does not. And if you cannot accept losing the email-to-contact history when you leave, no amount of AI on the way in makes up for it.
